At Plus Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure all items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached; skate decks must still be in their original shrink wrap to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and ship them back to us using a trackable carrier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days, credited back to your original payment method.
